1 General Information & Terms of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the hbajeee.win website and all associated applications, services, and platforms. By opening an account or starting to use the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Hbajeee's services are strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is completely prohibited.

The following individuals are not eligible to open an account on hbajeee:

• Those whose previous accounts were closed due to a ban

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Hbajeee supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though minor delays may occur due to banking issues.

You must use an account registered in your own name when making a deposit. Payments sent from someone else's account will not be accepted and will be returned. hbajeee does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Hbajeee is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. Most withdrawals are completed within 15–30 minutes, though delays may occur if KYC verification is not completed.

• Full KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• If you have an active bonus, its conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500

Hbajeee does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, for which hbajeee bears no responsibility.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry a 20x–40x Wagering Requirement
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date; once expired, the bonus will be forfeited

7 Gaming Rules

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, hbajeee will determine the outcome based on its own records

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Hbajeee reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If there is reason to suspect that false or incorrect information was provided during registration
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months+)

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, you should withdraw any remaining valid balance.

10 Limitation of Liability

Hbajeee is not liable for the following:

• Game or transaction interruptions caused by loss of internet connection
• For errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers
• Loss or damage caused by issues with your device or software
• Unauthorized access to your account by another person (where you have failed to maintain adequate security)
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government orders
